Further to the post the other day which mentioned lovely Landlady Ellie from The Sportsman in Croxley Green, I found a photo on Colbo’s Facebook page. Unfortunately you can’t quite see Ellie in her full glory, but it is quite a splendid inflated johnny on Clive’s head. Thanks to Col’s mate James for taking the photo.
So next gig for The Harper Brothers? I’m not totally sure, but we will play a few songs at the opening of Clive’s new bar in Briancon tomorrow night. It’s not strictly a Harper Brothers gig, it’s an open mic night by (ex Harper Brother) Mike Rollins. I’ll be there about 9pm.
